This historian thinks anyone looking at the Great Depression is looking at the wrong economic slowdown. Interesting read, if nothing else.
I think his conclusion sums it up best: we’re just living through the end of the U.S.’s global economic dominance, and watching that leadership slip away to China and India. The part that makes it the hardest to swallow is that our government continually does everything it can to expedite the process.
The end of days is coming in 2012 anyway, why waste any time ruining the country?
